Return Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement or refund if:
- The arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition
- You receive the wrong item or arrangement
- The product is defective or not as described

Custom Arrangements
Custom arrangements created specifically for your order are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a significant issue with the custom design, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
